1. Design description:
200-500 toilet soap line
This set of production lines is a soap molding production line with soap nuggets as raw materials and an output of 200-500 kg/h. After raw material mixing, grinding, vacuum stripping, and printing, medium and high-grade soaps with a fatty acid content of 55-70% can be produced. The production line adopts a double-layer vacuum stripping machine, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to crack.
2. Production conditions:
1. Water: It is recommended to use a chiller
2. Electricity: 60 kilowatts/hour, 380 volts, 50 Hz;
3. Workshop requirements: 22 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and 3.5 meters in height (including worker operation area);
4.Labor requirements: 6-8 people/class.
