How to make rainbow soap

Rainbow Soap has received many responses from friends saying “good fragrance” and “easy to wash”. Now the recipe is provided to everyone, and friends who have their own soap making can refer to the production.

The six-layer rainbow soap (red-orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple) was made in layers. I divided it into five or six days. There was a color mixing error in the middle (too much or too little toner, and I didn’t get my favorite color. ), it made another pot of soap without entering the rainbow soap, so there were actually more than six pots in total. My method is to use the same (or very close) recipe, one layer for one pot, and after one pot is drawn into the mold, make the next layer after a certain period of time (or every other day), and let the layer of soap after the mold enters the mold. Fixed time. There are many people who are good at making layered soap. If you have a better method, you can use the operation method you are used to.

The basic recipe is as follows

Coconut Oil 18%
Palm oil 17% (yellow and orange layer, palm oil is changed to red palm)
Olive oil 36%
Sweet Almond Oil 21%
Cocoa Butter 8%
Jojoba Oil Ultra Fat 1%

Color reference:

Red: Coral Redstone Mud
Orange: Red Palm + Turmeric Powder
Yellow: Turmeric Powder
Green: Patchouli Juice + Wormwood Powder
Blue: Indigo Powder
Purple: comfrey root powder soaked oil + comfrey root powder

The toning part also explains that I like to use natural toners and plants to dye my favorite colors, but I am not opposed to using mica powder, pearl powder, or other color liquid to color, which can produce more saturated and close to the desired color. . Please consider the color according to the materials in your hand, there is no fixed ratio, and enjoy the fun of changing colors in soap making.
